Siemens completes acquisition of Bayer Diagnostics in Canada

Toronto, ON – Following an original global announcement by Siemens almost a year to the day, Siemens has officially completed the acquisition of the Diagnostics Division of Bayer in Canada, through a new legal entity, Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics.
