Mid-scale qPCR probes can help lower costs

When genotyping via PCR, it is often quite useful to be able to perform a few reactions using a small subset of probes in order to test and optimize LNA probe design. Integrated DNA Technologies’ new PrimeTime Mini LNA enables users to undertake as few as 100 reactions, allowing preliminary experiments to be performed at a low initial cost. The PrimeTime Eco Probe is delivered a normalized yield of 2.5 nmoles, sufficient for about 500 reactions. If ordered with an internal Zen quencher, it will generate less background noise while increasing end-point signal to boost qPCR sensitivity and precision. Integrated DNA Technologies
