FTIR spectrometers offer optimal S/N ratio

Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy has significant advantages over dispersive infrared techniques and product improvements continue to emerge. Jasco’s new FTIR-4000/600 Series spectrometers offer an optimal signal-to-noise performance, high sensitivity and vibration-free scanning. Each compact model offers reliable operation and feature a highly stable, corner-cube interferometer and AccuTrac DSP technology, enabling rapid and accurate tracking of mirror position and velocity, which results in the optimal S/N performance. Five models are available with S/N ratios ranging from 55,000:1 to 25,000:1 with resolutions ranging from 0.07 cm-1 to 0.7 cm-1. Jasco Inc.
