Helium reclamation systems help reduce gas costs

Helium test gas in as essential part of leak detection systems, and with the current shortage and resulting high prices, users would be wise to not let the gas go to waste. That’s why Pfeiffer Vacuum Systems has introduced the HRU Helium Recovery Unit for reclaiming used helium when testing parts for leak tightness. They are designed a standalone systems, making it possible to recover up to 98 per cent of the inert gas with concentrations between 10 and 95 per cent, depending on process parameters.
