Temperature-controlled vortexer quickly heats and cools samples

Many laboratories require the ability to simultaneously mix, and heat or cool liquids. With a compact footprint of 12.9 x 6.5 x 9.8 in., Labnet’s Accutherm Microtube Shaking Incubator is a temperature-controlled lab vortexer that uses peltier technology to rapidly heat and cool samples. A large colour display allows users to program and view temperature, time and speed settings while eight interchangeable aluminum blocks accommodate PCR plates and tube sizes from 0.2 ml to 15 ml. New features include a temperature setting range of 0°C to 105°C, a mixing speed range of 30 rpm to 1,500 rpm, a heating time of 6.5°C/min., and a cooling time of 1.5°C/min. Labnet International Inc.
