Bioreactor system has full pH, DO control

Many disposable bioreactors require shakers, rockers, rollers or large environmental chambers. Instead, Cellexus’ CellMaker Plus single-use bioreactor system employs an airlift technology to mix and efficiently aerate the cells, which are grown in single-use, disposable cell culture bags. The bags are efficiently aerated, with controlled air and oxygen flow for optimal cell growth and gentle, effective mixing to maintain cells in suspension. The bags also come with full integrated, disposable pH and DO sensors to enable pH and DO to be closely monitored and controlled in the system.
