Microgram weights verify weights below 1 mg

Using the direct comparison method to verify weight values hasn’t always been possible. Now, Mettler-Toledo has launched a brand new range of microgram weights with nominal values from 0.05 mg to 0.5 mg that will allow the National Measurement Institutes and customers with specialized nanotechnology applications to use the direct comparison method to verify weight values below 1 mg. The weights are available with a calibration certificate so customers can be assured of full traceability to the International Prototype Kilogram.
