Convoluted tubing is unique because the convolutions in the tube create an extremely flexible tube, allowing it to turn corners and be routed through tight areas without kinking or collapsing, and is still self-draining. Parker Hannifin produces flexible FEP convoluted tubing in sizes from 0.153-in. up to 4-in O.D., and can be customized to suit the application. It operates in temperatures up to 205°C and has very good chemical- and corrosion-resistance. Some sizes can be extruded in lengths up to 1,000 ft. continuous.
