Researchers are always looking for more effective cancer treatments. Amsbio’s range of genetically characterized FFPE tissue samples, CancerSeq, are prepared from genomic DNA extracted from the FFPE tumour tissues. Available as tissue slides and whole blocks, samples are delivered with the mutation and variation data for 48 cancer-related genes. They are suitable for applications such as validation of cancer marker mutation-related drug candidates, companion diagnostic assay development, cellular localization of tissue-specific mRNA and protein expression, comparison of the location of novel genes in different tissues as well as in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry and in situ PCR experiments.
