Accuracy and repeatability are important performance gauges. MSK Instruments a-Baratron Capacitance Manometer is an advanced high-performance, accurate, heated absolute capacitance manometer with higher tolerance to temperature changes and excellent repeatability. It is internally heated to 45°C, 80°C or 100°C and has a pushbutton zero that allows service intervals up to four times longer than earlier models. It is also backwards compatible with earlier 100- and 600-series capacitance manometers and capacitance diaphragm gauges. The device offers full-scale measurement ranges from 0.1 Torr to 1,000 Torr, and can be equipped with the standard or Etch Baffle sensor that greatly reduces process contamination. MKS Instruments
