Fire extinguishers are designed for fume hoods

Fume hood fire extinguishers are for use where there is a possibility of exposure to flammables. In addition to the peace of mind, the extinguishers include a three-year limited warranty. Available are 2.7, 5.4 and 10lb Clean Agent FE-241 fire extinguishers. A fusible link mounted inside the fume chamber senses excessive heat and automatically discharges the system. After activation the fire is extinguished keeping both users and the lab environment safe from any further threat of fire.
