$3.4M funding for agricultural research projects

Ottawa, ON – Twenty-six research projects in Ottawa are receiving a total of $3.4 million in funding from the federal govenrment.

The funding announced will support projects such as evaluating biodiesel use in agricultural equipment, adapting cropping systems to climate change, and developing techniques to quantify and reduce greenhouse gas emissions for a cleaner and healthier environment.
