ACP Chemicals acquires LabChem

Montreal, QC and Pittsburgh, PA – Manufacturers ACP Chemicals and LabChem, both makers of laboratory chemical reagents and distributors of laboratory equipment and supplies, have joined forces in order to better service customers across North America.

The new company resulting from ACP’s acquisition of LabChem’s business, will continue operating under the LabChem name, led by LeRoy House as president, who will continue at the helm of the company.

The ACP group of companies includes ACP Chemicals and Canadawide Scientific, as well as LabChem.
