Chronic disease and disabilities research post created with $500,000 donation

Toronto, ON – Complex chronic disease research has received a boost with a $500,000 donation to Bridgepoint Health from TD Bank Financial Group. The funding will be used to create a new position – the TD Bank Financial Group founding director in chronic disease and disabilities research – whose mandate will be to lead research and develop strategies to make Bridgepoint the foremost centre of complex chronic disease research in Canada.
