New executive appointment at Isotechnika

Edmonton, AB – January 5, 2004 – Dr David Kinniburgh has been named to the newly created position of vice-president, laboratory operations at biopharmaceutical company Isotechnika.

Dr Kinniburgh joined the company in August 2002 as director of diagnostics development and analytical services and subsequently became senior director.

Dr Kinniburgh brings extensive knowledge and experience to this newly created position. Prior to joining Isotechnika, he was vice-president and director of technical operations with Dynacare Kasper Medical Laboratories. He is a certified clinical chemist, toxicologist, and an active member and officer of many scientific societies.

“Dr Kinniburgh will be responsible for the laboratory operations, facilities and infrastructure for both our Canadian and US locations,” says Dr Randall Yatscoff, Isotechnika’s president and chief operating officer. “This new position is a reflection of how much our company has grown over the past year and how much we expect to grow in the future.”
