Pittcon 2010 call for papers deadline is this week

Pittsburgh, PA – The program committee for Pittcon 2010 has issued a reminder that this Friday, August 14, is the deadline for submission of abstracts for contributed oral or poster presentations.

This year, the American Chemical Society – Division of Analytical Chemistry (ACS-DAC) is continuing to co-program with Pittcon with an expanded area of coverage and will include symposia, organized contributed sessions and one poster session.

Invited symposium topics include art/archaeology, atomic spectroscopy, bioanalytical, biomedical, biospectroscopy, electrochemistry, general interest, homeland security/forensics, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, material sciences, microfluidics/lab on a chip, nanotechnology, neurochemistry, pharmaceutical, polymers and plastics, safety, sampling and sample prep, sensors, separation sciences, and vibrational spectroscopy.

Pittcon 2010 is taking place in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center from February 28 to March 5.
