Clinical research companies join forces

Montreal, QC, and Dublin, Ireland – Clinical research organizations JSS Medical Research and Venn Life Sciences Holdings say they are working together in clinical research to provide “best in class” services to the pharmaceutical industry in North America and Europe. As part of the arrangement, JSS has acquired some assets of the Canadian subsidiary of Venn, operating under the corporate name Venn Life Sciences Ltd. As a result of the joint venture, Venn Life Sciences will cease operating independently in Canada and its president Dr Sanjay Machado will work as a resource for JSS and Venn to promote the joint venture arrangement between the two companies. Dr Machado will be based at JSS offices in Montreal.
