Dusseldorf, Germany – From November 17 – 19, 2010, two major trade shows, MEDICA 2010 and COMPAMED 2010 will be held concurrently at the Messe Dusseldorf fairgrounds in Germany. Said to be the world’s largest medical trade fair, the combined event saw around 138,000 visitors in 2009.
MEDICA covers all aspects of healthcare, including three buildings devoted to clinical laboratory instruments and equipment, and COMPAMED covers high-tech solutions for medical technology. This year, the Professional Association for Micro-technology (IVAM) will organize the “High-tech for Medical Devices” forum and special show.
A special feature at the show will be a Canadian Pavilion, organized by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which provides a cost-effective means for companies to enter into or to expand their business in the lucrative overseas marketplace.
