Redesigned series of analytical and precision balances features a state-of-the-art draftshield. Made from antistatic coated glass, the draftshield helps block drafts and air currents and also dissipates static charges in the weighing chamber that could adversely affect the weighing results. Suitable for laboratory use, the balance’s draftshield features a frameless, flip-top design for unobstructed access to the weighing chamber. Lab professionals have broad access, enabling easy placement, adjustment or removal of the sample. The draftshield’s expansive side entry allows large weigh boats or other large vessels to be freely placed in the weighing chamber.
