Has optimal excitation of fluorophores with multiple lasers to extend fluorophore lifetime and living cell viability (configuration starting at 6 wavelengths). Multiple fluorescent channels can be acquired simultaneously with the manufacturer’s spectral detection system. In addition, it has high sensitivity and photon-counting with optional hybrid detectors for quantitative imaging. Upgrades are easy by adding optional packages such as deep tissue imaging with multi-photon technology, cellular dynamics with high speed resonant scanner, and super resolution with STED.
