Digital benchtop spectrometer suitable for large samples

Benchtop instruments increasingly have the ability to process large samples. Ortec’s Alpha Mega is a fully integrated, benchtop, digital alpha spectrometer for environmental laboratories and counting room applications requiring large sample size analysis capabilities. It can accommodate filter samples up to 106-mm, and can integrate into the Alpha Ensemble modular system, which can be configured with up to four modules. It requires vacuum, power and a connection to a PC. The pre-amplifier, HV supply, calibration plus and pre-amplifier are computer-controlled.
