The complexity of the refining business keeps increasing, making it more essential to generate results in a timely fashion. The latest version of PAC’s online distillation analyzer, MicroDist, offers distillation and density analysis in a single instrument. As a result, the number of suitable applications has been expanded to include calculating the Cetane index for diesel fuel process streams and intermediate blends according to ASTM D4737 and D976.
