Spectrometer combines accuracy and sensitivity with flexibility in a small robust instrument. Designed for a wide range of routine and complex applications in genomics, proteomics, cell biology and biochemistry, the instrument offers scanning capabilities allowing routine and complex methods such as measuring cytotoxicity, proteins, fluorescent dyes and more. A kinetic model features a temperature-controlled cuvette shaft that requires no additional accessories in order to study enzyme or substrate kinetics. Scanning spectrum as well as individual wavelength measurements can be monitored in the spectral range of 200 nm to 830 nm.
