Designed for high resolution imaging and trouble-free measurements, the 96-well SensoPlate Plus from Grenier Bio-One is suitable for confocal microscopy and fluorescence correlation spectroscopy. It has a black cyclo-olefin frame and an ultra-clear borosilicate 175 μm cover glass bottom affixed with a low autofluoresence adhesive. Its resistance to dimethyl sulfoxide and 70 per cent ethanol make it also suitable for cell cultures. Circular wells prevent disruptive shadow, and a slightly enlarged well diameter allows for an increased working volume.
