Mould detection system receives AOAC-PTM certification


Fast detection of yeasts and moulds can help improve food safety and product development. 3M Food Safety’s Petrifilm Rapid Yeast and Mold Count Plate provides detection in as little as 48 hours, faster than conventional agar methods, and now has AOAC-PTM certification.
