Compact and lightweight, this handheld headspace oxygen analyzer measures residual oxygen in gas-flushed CAP/MAP food packages. Use a sampling probe assembly with a needle to pierce through the package and a built-in pump will draw a sample. Analyzer can also be used for applications where the oxygen level is very high (50 to 100%), without overloading the sensor. Analyzers resist nitrogen and carbon dioxide, which are commonly used as background gases in packaging. The durable sensor in the analyzer has excellent zero and span stability after calibration.
