Redesigned mill now has autoclavable parts

Specially designed to handle food samples with high moisture and fat content, knife mill is suitable for fresh fruits and vegetables. The mill was recently redesigned to include features requested by users. Its accessories (container, lid, knife) are now autoclavable, allowing the mill to be used in medical/biological applications where sterility is a necessity. Other upgrades include improved drive power with a 900W motor; two grinding modes – cutting mode direction and impact mode direction; and a new knife design to provide additional durability.
