Two new ring lights, models RL28Q and RL16Q, provide sectional lighting control under high magnification, making them suitable for both laboratory and inspection use. With IP 65-rated sealed bodies, the ring lights are low cost and compact products with versatile mounting options. Each model features a quadrant controller with a convenient touchpad that transitions the brightness smoothly from off to full output. Four quadrant zones can be individually turned on and off, and users can eliminate shadows for smooth, even illumination or create and control shadows to define surface details. This feature is especially useful for viewing such items as circuit boards, electronics, or highly reflective specimens.
