Water testing kit – available in standard and advanced versions – is a handheld, smart photometer system for measuring a craft brewer’s water quality. Both kits, the Smart Brew and Smart Brew Advanced, use the eXact iDipsmart photometer systemto integrate 2–way wireless communication with a smart phone. The manufacturer says the multilingual app provides lab accuracy, free upgrades, test customization (over 35 available), mobile sharing, and data organization.
The app allows testing location data and test results to be stored with its GPS enabled feature, allowing for efficient data management and real-time sharing. The photometer is waterproof (IP-67), durable, and backed by a 2-year warranty. Compliant with the EPA, ISO, and DIN testing specifications.
The kits measure the key parameters including calcium hardness, chloride, magnesium hardness, pH, sodium, sulfate, total alkalinity and total hardness.
