A suitable instrument for the transport and storage of food the EBI300 temperature data logger can be used for fresh, cool and deep cool product transportation and also for monitoring of fridge’s and deep freezers. The flashing red LED light lets you see immediately if a temperature limit has been exceeded. Connect the logger to any PC, it will automatically generate a standard PDF without any additional software. It has a measuring range from -30°C to +60°C (-35°C to +75°C with external probe) and an accuracy of ±0.5°C (-20°C to +40°C) and ±0.8°C for remaining range. It has a memory of 40,000 measurement points and a sample rate of 1/min. to 24/hrs.
