Developing methods for automating NGS sample preparation is an intensive, time-consuming process. Under a new partnership Beckman Coulter Life Sciences will develop, distribute and support automation for Illumina’s Truseq and Nextera sample preparation kits based on its Biomek liquid handling platforms. Solutions include a suite of methods to address the defined protocol for each kit. Illumina will provide technical expertise on chemistry and protocols.
