Video tracking system allows real-time validity checking


Having the ability to check the validity of an ongoing experiment in real-time can prevent researchers from wasting valuable time. The new Smart 3.0 Video Tracking System from Coulbourn Instruments has a modular structure that suits most research activity needs. Applications include standard tracking and spontaneous activity, such as distance, speed and time. It also includes advanced calculations for water maze, open field, plus-maze and forced swimming, amongh others. Video tracking analysis tools are available, including 2D and 3D activity mapping.
