With a built-in amplifier, the E3ZM Series photoelectric DC sensors have advanced pulse synchronization to ensure continuous operation even in changing light conditions, such as artificial light and bright backgrounds. These harsh environment photoelectric sensors are easy to operate and install and feature shielding to prevent malfunctions due to inverter noise or wireless communications equipment. The optical system, with high-power LED, minimizes the risk of malfunctions due to dirt or misalignment. The electronics are fully potted to resist dust and high pressure water spray up to 1200 psi (83 bar). They are designed with few indentations to eliminate dust and water collection and have no labels to prevent foreign matter contamination of food products. They are available in throughbeam, retro-reflective or diffuse reflective styles.
