Simplifying the task of routinely preparing samples for autosamplers, the Versa Vial combines a wide mouth with a tapered neck that makes it is easier to add samples to the vials using a pipette, and safer to empty the vials. The vase-like neck design has a 9mm opening, while the elongated pick-up area in the neck accommodates variations in the robotic arm settings allowing this vial to be used with most autosamplers including Agilent, CTC, Finnegan, PerkinElmer, Varian, and the Waters Alliance instruments. The 12x32mm Versa Vial is available in clear or amber Type I borosilicate glass, or polypropylene, which is suitable for ion chromatography applications. The vials can be sealed with either a 12mm polyethylene plug, PTFE/silicone plug or a chlorobutyl/siliconized plug.
